Hey guys I’m on my way out for lunch so this will be quick. I just wanted to say hello and thank those of you who made it to my members chat yesterday. I was shocked so many members showed up. I’ll be sure to let you know when the next one is.

The weather has been bonkers here. Last week hot, and this week windy and cold. Also a little rain. It’s been nice actually getting to bundle up.. I know those hot summer months are coming soon, so I’ve been enjoying this while it lasts. heeh!

I found this coffee shop near me that literally has the best coffee I’ve ever had! Period! It makes Starbucks look like the kmart of coffee. hehehe! Anyways, after lunch today I’m going to go grab an iced decaf. I don’t drink caffeinated coffee.. I get way too jittery.

Then I have an appointment at 3:45 to look at a property that is AMAZING! I’m hoping and praying things work out to get this home. It’s everything I’ve been looking for (and more)
