We had a great time last night, and it wasn’t over-the-top wild like it’s been known to be when Puma and i get together! haha!  We started out at Rainbow Room for dinner.. then Puma had some Swedish friends in town and they were over at Saddle Ranch, so we met them there.  It took FOREVER for me to get a buzz last night.  I’m not sure if they were just being stingy with the alcohol or what, but I felt like I kept drinking and I was full.   Finally after about an hour I felt nice and perfectly buzzed.  hehe!  Puma was wasted, she had been shooting and hadn’t eaten much that day, so she felt it fast.  Anyways, it was a good time. 

I have to finish up on some things for the move Monday.  In fact I have to take my cable modems over to the new place to get service today, which means I wont have Internet till the day I move in.  So… if you don’t hear from me for a couple days, that’s why.  Enjoy the pics! xoxo, Sandee

Hey everyone!!  I just finished filming the DVD review of the week for TunaFlix.com and I wanted to answer a question by MissK   “first off, let me say you’re gorgeous!  second, I love the website! it’s amazing! and you did it all yourself?! how did you get started/learn web design. DO TELL!”  Thanks MissK!  When I was 18 years old, I danced (stripped) at a club in Sacramento for a couple years.  While I was working there, I met someone who was website savvy.  I ended up taking a couple lessons from him and learned the basics of a website.    After that I went to Gateway and got my first good quality computer.  I think I spent like 3k on it!!  Which blows my mind now.  haha!  (I have a friend that can build computers from the ground up for $800)  and they’re AMAZING systems.    Anyways, I downloaded all the software I thought I would need and spent HOURS playing with the programs and getting to know them.   After I quit dancing I only applied my time to my website and learning as much as I possibly could about the website world.   I’d go into other sites and look at their source code and figure out how a tidbit of HTML would make a particular thing happen.    It was all trial and error really.  

 I had a website called SandraWestgate.com back in 1998 that someone else ran for me (my very first site)  When I left that person I told him I was going to do my own site.  He laughed and said “yea right!!  You could never do your own site”!!  I took that as a challenge, and now here I am extremely successful years later with my site.  A nice big FUCK YOU to him! hahaha!   He emailed me in 2005 saying he’d sell my sandrawestgate.com domain back to me for 10k.  He thought that was fair since he figured my site to be making about that much each month.  I told him the truth, it made much more than 10k a month and he can go screw himself.  HAHAH!

 I love the motto “Success is the best revenge” don’t you??

When I first built my site in 1999 it looked shitty! hahah!  It was all I knew how to do though.  So… over the years (almost 10 now) I’ve learned more and more about design, graphics, websites.. you name it!  I’m like a little sponge.  I love learning new tips and tricks and it’s cool for me to implement them on my own site.  That’s about it    I still have so much to learn, but it’s fun for me and challenging as well, which keeps me intrested.

Hello everyone   I slept 12 hours last night!  Holy shit… it felt good too!  This morning it’s a little overcast out, which should  burn off by 11am or so… but it makes for a cozy morning.

I wanted to address BuffD’s comment about the IOUSA movie I have been promoting.   I indeed went and saw it, and when we walked inside the theater, there was only 2 seats left in the VERY front row.  We said fuck it and took them.  We didnt’ want to miss this one bit.  After that, people continued to flood in and there was standing room only.  I was glad so many people took the initiative to see this movie.  It’s such an important issue right now.  Okay… back to BuffD’s comment.

“Will there be any mention of our Debt Based currency and the Federal Reserve?”  Yes, there was absolutely mention of this.  In several parts of the documentary.
“Any mention of how every dollar we use, has to be borrowed into existence from the central bank?” Yes, yes and more yes!  This was stressed big time.  The base of the movie.
“Are we going to question the system?  Or just wag the finger and say we spend too much?”Fuck yes there was questions to the system, but there was more stress on how the change starts with us.  We as a people need to stop incurring debts that we can’t afford, and so on.  They also mentioned a lot of facts like, Medicare and Medicaid are HUGE growing debts that make up a huge part of our deficit.  This personally made me think about how Obama wants to provide free medicare for everyone.  People don’t realize that this will increase our deficit so much, we will literally be bankrupt.   It’s frustrating for me as someone who does try to get as much knowledge as I can, to watch people rely on what they hear on the everyday nightly news.   There’s simply so much more to know, and if you did know.. it would effect who you are voting for.  NO DOUBT! (just my opinion)
“This movie is the perfect example of misdirection, and getting everyone to focus on the Debt instead of the Banks that control our money.”   Sweetie, I have to disagree.  This movie has done a great job at letting people know about our largest problem at hand.   It starts with a  change within ourselves and our personal spending habits, and become aware of what REALLY is happening here.  Most people don’t know that we don’t own our own money.   Most people don’t know anything about the Federal Reserve.     I used to call myself a democrat because I listened to what the everyday normal nightly news fed me.    I personally am for gay marriage, I’m also pro choice, as well as pulling out of the war.    SO I took those issues that rang true to me, and deemed myself a Democrat.  When in reality, I feel our deficit, and the direction we are going is a much larger problem.   I look at what Obama, and even McCain want to do, and neither of them have the answer to fix our problems.  Do you know that Bush single handily raised our deficit over 5 trillion while he was president?  Lowering taxes isn’t always the answer.   Raising them isn’t either.  They’d have to be doubled from what they are now to even help us.    We RELY so heavily on other countries for trade and more, well when that runs out.. what are we going to do?   People can take a stand!  There aren’t only 2 choices for president here.  Look at the big picture people, PLEASE.    Start reading up more on whats going on,  watch other news sources as well, and read up on the libertarian parties and their plans.  There’s a much larger issue at hand, and we are headed for some tough times.  

BuffD, I completely understand what you’re saying, and YES we do need more knowledge on the things you mentioned, but to call this movie “misdirection” simply isn’t true.  ANY knowledge at this point is beneficial in my opinion.  Most people don’t even have that.

Jeremy and I headed out to PF Changs at the Newport Fashion Island mall for dinner, and we were both craving something sweet.  What do you know… there’s a cheesecake factory next door!! hahaha!  So we went to the bar and I got the chocolate Godiva brownie sunday (my favorite), and Jeremy got the Strawberry Shortcake.  (his favorite)   It was sooo good, but now I’m insanely full!  ERRRG!  We’re off to the movies now, but I took a quick shot in the car on the way home for you guys! hahahah!   Enjoy!  xoox, Sandee

I can’t wait to move.  Can the 1st please get here, like… ASAP please?  ( i have a tendency to be slightly impatient) but I’m working on it    I’m at the point where I’ve got all the little stuff packed as well as the things I don’t need.  But, there’s a lot I do need.  My entire office is still  not packed, I just have to wait till the day before to even touch it.  I use almost everything in here daily. oh well!

HAHA, I’ve never been to one of those car washes where you wash your own car before.  Yesterday we were passing one after dinner and Jeremy refused to go any longer with my car as dirty as it was.  LOL!  So I had a good time playing with all the goodies they had to offer.  I want to own one of those.  I can’t believe how busy it was and all the money they bring in.  Seems like a simple enough concept. 

Today is the first day in a about a week I feel 100% good again.  I started taking my vitamins again and drinking my MonaVie as well.   Sometimes I get so busy doing everything else I forget to take care of my health.  (from the inside out)  Phew, what a relief to feel back to normal.

I got an email from the lady Jeremy and I adopted Rocket from saying they got a new young male Italian Greyhound up for adoption and she asked if we were interested in another! HAHAH!  Can you imagine 6 dogs??  TRUST me, I wish I could take him, I would in a heart beat if I had my own land.   It’s nice when you own your own home, because you don’t have to worry about dealing with people getting in your business and such.   But right now my ex husband is living in the house we purchased together and I’m just leasing… so it makes it hard to find a place that fits 5 dogs, much less 6!!!  LOL!    The next place I purchase will have a gigantic yard, that’s for sure.   In fact, I’d love to have a piece of equestrian property.   We found an area locally in Newport Beach that allows horses and farm animals.  Talk about the best of both worlds.  AMAZING weather, and a farm!!  I know it’s a lot of work, but I’d be in heaven that’s for sure.

Cody’s allergies are SOOOOO much better.  I have him on a new antihistamine that is working amazing!  It’s a big deal because this has been a struggle for months with him.   The fact that he’s 90% better is off the charts fabulous!

I’ve still been up to my knees in legal matters with my attorney.  Today I have a noon appointment with him to go over more information and I have an actual trial on Sept 16th.  This should be interesting.   (in a good way)

Hello  I hope you all are having a great Monday.  I had to postpone my cam show today till next Monday.  I’m not feeling 100% well today so I hope you all understand.  Plus, my allergies have been bothering me a bit too.  EERG!

This morning when I woke up… till earlier this afternoon it was kind of overcast outside, which I loved for a change.  It was nice and cool when we got our breakfast, but now the sun is out and I want a frozen yogurt!!  A place just opened up down the street that is AMAZING.  It was basically my idea in a nutshell and I’m pretty much addicted to the frozen yogurt there.  Jeremy and I have been going the last week (everyday) haha!  I always need to have SOMETHING sweet.    It’s my one and only vice, really. LOL!

I wanted to answer Karly’s qustion as well: “You look amazing! What brand is your bath suit? It look’s breathtaking! You look gorgeous.”  Thank you Karly!  Your comments are always very sweet and I appreciate them!!  The bikini is actually old, and I believe I ordered it online about 2 years ago from Holister.  I’m glad you like it

Well, I’m exauhsted.  My freaking matress is blown out from all the action and I haven’t been sleeping very well.  (ok I’m kidding that it’s blown out from the action) It’s the type of bed I have, it rests on those curved wood slats.  Anyway… a few of them like to pop out and it makes everything screwed up and in the meanwhile fucks my neck up bad.    So, I’m kinda grumpy today and need to go rest.   I hope you all have a wonderful week.

Hey everyone.  I’ve been having a relaxing, and somewhat calm weekend.  It’s been nice.  I just got back from having one of the BEST shoulder massages, and pedicures ever.  WOW, it was AMAZING.   My neck has been killing me from all the computer work, and using the mouse so much makes a paticular area of my neck really sore.  So, in other words…. I needed it BAD!

We took all of the babies to the dog park this morning for a little over an hour, and they had a blast.  It was Italian Greyhound day at the park, so the greyhounds loved it.   They love to stick to their own breed.  It’s adorable to see them all together.  The other dogs just kind of follow me around or do their own thing.

Jeremy and I never go out.  We’re such home-bodies and we like it that way.  BUT we both have the itch to go out tonight and have some cocktails!!  So, we’re going to this new and BEAUTIFUL sushi place that just recently opened up out here right on the water tonight.  I’ll probably have one drink and be completely buzzed (which is enough for me).  That will be nice.

Tomorrow is the BEACH!!  I have to do my movie review for the week, then we’re heading to get some sun.  I’m SUPER pale right now and could use some rays.  Not to mention, it’s extremely relaxing.

My shoot this morning went well!  It wasn’t a far drive at all (which was nice). LMAO!  Jeremy and I were driving to BJ’s to eat, and I see this person in a bird costume that gets my attention from a couple blocks away.  This is a really busy intersection in Huntington Beach, and at dinner time the street was packed with traffic.  So I got my camera out to take a video of the crazy bird and he saw me!!   Immediately he threw his hands out like in the pic, and froze staring in our direction.   I was creeped out!  Then, as we go by I snapped a pic and it was making bird noises at me!!  LMAO!  The light turned red and  this fucking crazy bird/person/thing comes up to the car!!  Mind you, he had to walk like a 1/2 block to get to where we were stopped.    We were cracking up!  I immediately rolled up my window and it stopped outside of my window and just stared at us.  (and stayed there the duration of the red light)  I was in tears I was laughing so hard.   I guessed I pissed him off by taking a pic.  Who knows!! LMAO!

So, being a doggy mommy of 5, there’s always SOMETHING that I have going on medically with my babies, or some kind of issue.  Today was nothing new.   I want to warn those of you who use Advantix flea medicine.  I issued it to my babies yesterday and Chanel had a severe adverse reaction.   Needless to say I had to take her to the vet this morning, and she’s better now.  But it gave me quite the scare.   Now that I know I will never use it again.   Advantix is responsible for a lot of terrible reactions in all kinds of dogs.   Lethargic, listless, seizures, are all common.  Even death.    Apparently a lot of vets wont even use this medication anymore.  So, please do your research and be careful.   If you’re unsure about a product… just google it.  I was amazed at all the negative stuff that came up on Advantix.  I will never risk it on my babies again.  They mean too much to me for a quick fix.

Hi everyone! Jeremy and I just got back from having the BEST pancakes ever.  OMG, they’re sooooo good!  We always leave feeling like crap because it’s like a big lump of dough in your  belly, but they’re worth it. hehe!  

On the way home we stopped at CVS to get some things we need, and we grabbed one of those bouncy plastic balls that we all used to play with when we were kids.  Needless to say, we’ve been entertained since we’ve been home.  Rocket is literally nuts over it!  I got a video of it and I will post it in a bit.  He’s psychotic! haahah!

I’m going to get some more packing done today.  I’m throwing out like 15 pairs of shoes, and all kinds of clothes.   Plus all kinds of other random things I don’t need anymore.  I can’t wait to be in the new house!  It’s all I can think about!  Soooo excited

Oh boy!  What a night!!  I’m woken up at like…. 2am-ish last night to Rocket barking in the back yard.  Which is weird, because he sleeps with a static-collar on so he doesn’t bark in the middle of the night.  (it’s not the shock kind, don’t worry)  So anyways, I figure if he’s barking it’s something serious.  So I grab the flashlight and go out back.  I can’t see him anywhere but I hear him.  Finally I see the bush shaking in the corner so I flash the light over there and kept saying “Rocket, get in the house”!  Usually when I say it like that, he comes.   This time he didn’t.   So I went a little closer out there (mind you I’m NUDE and it’s pitch black outside) and I see he has a rat or something that he’s poking at with his paw and nose.   I was like.. oh fuck!  I immediately ran and closed the house door and the doggy door so he couldn’t bring this creature in the house.  Ewww! 

Then I got a better look and saw it was a baby opossum!!  Poor guy!!  I felt bad for the baby, and Rocket is capible of shredding anything!!  He was in hunter mode.   I was grossed out and felt bad for the baby, so I kept trying to coax Rocket in.   He took off running by me with the possom in his mouth and tried to go inside!  Thank god I closed the doors!!  He dropped the baby on the doorstep and ran off.  Finally I got him and carried him inside, and shined the light on the baby opossum as I walked inside.  The poor thing was laying on its side barely breathing, all wet and even a bloody spot on it.  It didn’t look good for the lil’ guy.   I just left him there, hoping he’d be okay and not wanting to disturb him or the situation.

I kept the doggy door locked so none of the other dogs could go out and mess with it throughout the night, and I figured Jeremy could “dispose” of the baby in the AM.  I just didn’t have the guts to do it.  I felt too bad for it.

Make a long story short, I woke up and he was gone!!   I hope the mamma came and got him.   Rocket searched the whole yard looking for his prey (so gross) and luckily couldn’t find him.   There’s no stray cats or anything around, so I can only hope that it ran away or the mom came and saved him.

Either way, It was strange and gross!! hahaha!

Jeremy is back from a 2 week work trip, and we’ve just been laying around this morning relaxing.  I hope you all are having a great weekend! xoxo, Sandee

Today is definetely my cheat day!  Look what I just went out and got!! heheheh!!  YUMMMMY!  i do feel SLIGHTLY guilty….. but man-o-man it was worth it.  (No I didn’t eat both)  Just the vanilla cuppycake.  My favorite!  

I’ve been packing all day.. and I got most of my pictures and decorations all packed up.  It’s quite a work out packing and moving the heavy boxes.  I actually broke a sweat (which is rare for me). LOL!

My good friend Cameo drove up last night and we hit up one of the best Italian restaurants in Newport Beach last night.  We both had a glass (or 2) of Pino Grigio, and Penne with the rosa sauce.  And of course what’s a good Italian meal without dessert right??  So we split the Chocolate chip cannoili.   We ended up staying there till 10:30pm talking.  hehehe!  It was a lot of fun!  Thanks Cameo!!

Today I have some custom videos to make, and I have to start packing!!  I move in exactly a month and I have all kinds of stuff to pack and go through.   I’m one of those people that doesn’t like to hoard old things.  So when I move I throw a lot of stuff away.   I’m REALLY excited to be in the new place.  It’s perfect for me and the babies.     So, I have to go get a whole bunch of boxes and get going on my lil’ project.  It’s definitely going to keep me busy for the next month (which is a good thing).
