Hey everyone!  So I’ve been talking to MANY of my friends a lot lately about skin cancer.  It seems the older I get, the more I hear about (someone who knows someone) who had Melanoma.  It’s sooo scary and of course has me thinking and somewhat worried.   I’ve been in the sun my whole life, even from when I was kid… and now an adult using tanning beds and such.  So… I’ve been wanting to go in for some time now and make sure all of my moles are okay.   I finally got in this morning with a Dermatologist, and had everything checked out.  He seemed to think everything looked okay, but there was one on my side, by my bra strap that always bothered me… so he ended up removing that one, as well as one on my ear.    I left feeling SOOO GOOD that I did that for myself.  The sense of peace is well worth the visit.   But now the lydicane has worn off and god damn they hurt!  OUCH!  Oh well… again, it was worth it.

I was supposed to go to dinner with a group of friends tonight, but a few people pulled out.  (which doesn’t surprise me) Needless to say.. I was disappointed.   But my guy and I are still going to go out and have dinner and drinks.  I love getting a good buzz, and going home to be naughty!  hehehe!

Thursday night we’re taking my mom out to a great dinner in Laguna Beach, then Friday I’m taking her over to one of my best friends house for a dinner with our moms.  We’re all Italian, so of course.. we’re going to be having Italian food that night.  YUMMY!    I love it when my mom is here.. it’s always a fun girlie week filled with amazing food and pedicures! hahaha
