So my amazing vacation with my Mom ended yesterday morning when I dropped her back off at the airport.  We had a really great visit, and I was super sad to see her go.  

Last night I was invited out to Huntington Beach to hang out with a couple of my girlfriends on Main street.  (see the pic above) I was shocked.. I expected Main st. to be MUCH more crowded and full of drunk morons.  Luckily it wasn’t too crowded, and the drunkies weren’t TOO out of control.   We had dinner and visited for a bit, then I headed home about 9pm.  I wasn’t in the mood to stay out late or drink…. plus I always feel bad leaving my doggies for several hours at a time.   So… I came home.. checked email.. and headed to bed to read a chapter and a half before passing out.  (ahhhh) I love a good night of sleep.

So today I’m going to get some more work done this morning, and hang out with Erick and the pups.
