This was on a friends facebook page, wow… it really grabbed me. Check out how amazing this list is!

1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
3. Sleep for 7 hours.
4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Play more games.
6. Read more books than you did the previous year.
7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
9. Dream more while you are awake.
10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

A whole bunch of us met up at Coco DeVille in Los Angeles on Saturday night for Nikki Benz’s birthday duel bash with Jen (an amazing makeup artist).  So…. all kinds of my friends from the “industry” were there.  It was a nice change from the Orange County party scene.  Although, I must admit… I don’ think I could live in LA.  I’d be probably drug into the whole ‘party mode” of it and find myself getting into more trouble that I probably should! hahaha!  So… ultimately, it’s good I live a good hour away.  JUST enough to make it a hassle.  It’s a definite problem if I want to drink… I either need a place to stay in LA, or a DD to drive me home.   Anyways… Saturday night was a blast.   Within 10 minutes of being there Puma ran up to me with some random shot (it was Blue) not sure what it was… and we chugged those.  LOL!   So… that was the foundation of my night… alcohol, pornstars and pure fun! heheheh!  (everything that follows that crazy little life)     I’m more than happy to be on the outside and step my little toes over once in a while for a gander at it…  but other than that…. Orange County/the beach… is where I’m happiest.

I can’t believe it’s almost Christmas!  I see decorations everywhere I go… I see commercials for the holiday… but man o man, it sure doesn’t feel like it.   I guess its a given that when you live in Orange County and it’s basically 70 degrees in the winter months, I should know that it never really FEELS like Christmas here.   But this year is different.  There’s something more to the lack of Christmas spirit… Hmmmm…. I don’t know.  Kinda sad.  I used to love Christmas.. now it’s just another Holiday.   I look forward to the time of in my life where I have kids, and a husband (or wife) to celebrate these things with.  I can only imagine how  fulfilling that will be.   Well, guess it gives me something to look forward to!   But, my point to this… is… feel lucky and grateful to those that are in your life and close to you.  Family, loved ones, friends… all of it.  Don’t take any of it for granted.  Those are the things that are most important.   I have a few friends that are close with their family and don’t see how special that is.  <3

It’s raining out today… the first rainy day in Orange County in a long time.  I’m ambivalent to it.  Part of me loves being inside cozy… lazy…bummin it… and the other part of me feels like it draggs me down.  Almost like I don’t get a lot done, which bothers the slightly ADD side of me. hehee!

None the less… it’s nice to have quality time with my doggies.  They love it when momma is home all day with them.  They’re such good dogs!  I’m verrrrry lucky!

How are you guys?  How was your Thanksgiving?  I hope it was wonderful!   I can’t believe it’s almost time for Christmas!!   I got most of my Christmas cards together and will be mailing them out this week.     WOW this year went by really fast.  I feel so fortunate to have met so many new, influential people this year.   Good friends, loved ones and amazing new fans too!    Thanks to all of you!  Without you… my site wouldn’t be able to stay in business!  And yes… it is a business.  It takes people like YOU to keep it going!

I’ve been struggling with a sore throat the last couple of days.  Jessica Jaymes was teasing me she thinks its from too many blow jobs! hahahah!  (she could be right)  HAHA!   No… but… I think it’s partly allergy related too cause now I have a  tickle which is making me cough ever so often too.  Errrrg… not fun.  I’m hoping to get better before this weekend.  It’s Nikki Benz and my other friend Jen’s Bday bash!   I never get to see my girls in LA… so I’m realllly hoping I’m better by then.
